It took a while for the OnePlus 10 Pro to make its way over to the United States. While most people were excited to see this Android phone hit the States, it wasn't the most specced-out model. However, the company remedied this. OnePlus will release the OnePlus 10 Pro to the States with 12GB of RAM.
Most techies were a bit upset that the OnePlus 10 Pro doesn't use the 120W charging technology in the States. While this was for an understandable reason, people were wondering why the company only sold the base model of the phone to the States. This model has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage...

The OnePlus 10 Pro was announced earlier this year, and depending on where you live, you might have access to different configuration options of the phone when it comes to RAM and storage options. The good news is that if you want the 12GB RAM model, OnePlus has heard your feedback as the company has since announced that for North American markets, they will be bringing a 12GB RAM + 256GB configuration. Prior to this, the only option for the OnePlus 10 Pro for North America was the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration. We're not sure why the company opted to launch this as the only option...

OnePlus 10 Pro gets its 256GB model in the United States

The OnePlus 10 Pro, after three months exclusive to China, finally launched in the United States today. Despite its $899 price tag, the phone lacks mmWave 5G support, and the OnePlus 10 Pro doesn't yet have a 256GB model.

The US got a bit short-changed with the OnePlus 10 Pro , as while the UK got both a version with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and one with 12GB / 256GB, the US only got the former. Now though, that's being remedied. OnePlus has announced that a version of the OnePlus 10 Pro with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will be sold in the US from June 15. It will be available only in Volcanic Black - while oddly in the UK it's available only in Emerald Forest - and it will cost $969.
