Verizon's Second 5G City Will Be L.A. & Launch In Q4 2018

Verizon's second 5G city will be L.A. and launch in the fourth quarter of 2018 according to the carrier's CEO Lowell McAdam, joining the city of Sacramento and if all goes to plan, Boston, as cities which it wants to get the 5G network up and running. Verizon doesn't mention a time frame for Boston but it does state that Boston is currently planned to receive the same treatment, and this would make it the third of a possible five cities that Verizon is looking at to roll out 5G.
That said there is no mention of whether or not it would actually be the third city or if it would come later...

Sprint's First 5G Markets Will Include Phoenix & Kansas City

Sprint's first 5G markets will include Phoenix and Kansas City, as well as New York City, when the carrier begins officially rolling out its 5G network sometime in 2019. It's important to note that these three newly added cities won't be the first and only three when the technology is rolled out. Instead they will be added to a larger list of cities which has already been announced by the carrier and which could grow even larger as the time for the 5G network rollout gets closer and closer.
