Here's a terribly possible idea that definitely won't happen: Apple Watch Series 8 and Apple Watch Series X. Ah yes, Apple's beloved Roman number 10, back for another round of being called “ecks” as in the later X. There's an argument to be made for using Apple Watch Series X for the higher-end Series 8 this year.

The standard 41mm and 45mm models of the Apple Watch Series 8 will feature the same design as the Apple Watch Series 7, according to Twitter user ShrimpApplePro , who was first to reveal that iPhone 14 Pro models would feature a new pill-and-hole display .
